If you have questions about how db.etree works please read the FAQ and the etree wiki first.

If you have technical problems downloading music or using BitTorrent or FTP, or making CDs, or working with SHN or FLAC files, please look for answers on the wiki and if you still need help, ask on the etree forums.

If you want to trade or download live music, please do not contact the site admins. You can use bt.etree or browse db.etree for people who share your interests.

If you have questions or problems with db.etree like:

  • You forgot your password
  • You've screwed up your list
  • You created or found a bad date and want to fix it
  • You want to volunteer
  • You have a problem with another user, or
  • Praise, however faint . . .

    • then e-mail the db admin team.

    If you have legal concerns with this or any etree.org website or user, then e-mail the legal team. We will attempt to resolve your concerns, if we can. You will have better results if you take the time to investigate the facts, first.
