Notes: Better sit down for this one. These are jam sessions that turned into songs. Long jam sessions. Really long. No wonder these guys never got anything done after Brian departed to the White Light.

Notes: Glyn Johns produced several versions of the Get Back album, and this was his final try. It again was rejected by the Beatles, perhaps because he chose to use so many shitty versions of songs. I could never understand why he didn't just use the rooftop versions of tracks 5 and 6. The takes selected here and the versions of 'Don't Let Me Down' and 'Two Of Us' are particularly flat and uninspired. At any rate, this CD is probably the highest quality version of Get Back you'll find and includes two additional songs not on earlier mixes ('Across The Universe' and 'I Me Mine.'). 'Teddy Boy' was eliminated from Johns' final mix, but Vigotone offers two versions as bonus tracks. (Footnote courtesy of Gregory Potter).

Notes: Studio soundboard. Liberated bootleg "Leaning On A Lamp Post". This is the studio rehearsals for the "Let It Be" album. Some great stuff and very interesting for any true Beatles fan. Some slight clicks on a few tracks otherwise very nice. Thanks so much for your patience and persistence Adam!
