The sound on this is excellent so is the performance. This run of shows by The Who at Madison Square Garden in 1979 are considered by JEMS must have essential shows for the performances which were some of the best they ever did. The third night of this run finds the band moving from the intimate Capitol Theater to Madison Square Garden in NYC. Another great set builds on the first two. Red gets added to Blue Black White and the end of Magic Bus is a stunning instrumental segment featuring Pete and Rabbit which leads into Won't Get Fooled Again. The encore features 'Cat's In The Cupboard' which would later appear on Pete's 'Empty Glass' album, 'Big Boss Man' and the first 'Naked Eye' by this version of The Who. Tapeboy for JEMS
