This benefit concert was held to raise funds for the Asian tsunami victims. Net proceeds from the event, led by Tenacious D, go directly to the American Red Cross. Also appearing at the event were Eddie Vedder, Beck, Will Ferrell, Dave Grohl, Chris Rock, and Josh Homme.

| Notes: | taper notes: Due to problems with the M1, the master DAT has errors. I have gone through and fixed some of the problems, but it tends to get worse as the show progressed. There are some spots of diginoise during Vedder's set and there are a couple of dropouts per song during Grohl's set. The end jam has dropouts as well, but it is included because it was so cool to witness. Despite these problems, the overall sound quality is pretty good. Unfortuntely, with the exception of this and a MD source, nothing else ever surfaced. | |||||
