| Notes: | There were three places in disc one where the left channel cut out for a few seconds. Those areas were filled with the right channel using Cool Edit->Transform->Amplitude->Channel Mixer. The first 3 minutes of disc two as well as the end jam portion of "Send Me On My Way" were cleaned up in the same manner. While it is slightly noticable, it makes the overall recording sound cleaner. The Setlist listed above is exactly as it is written on a copy given to me by the guitar tech. If some names are shortened it is because I couldn't remember or did not know the official name.
