However, it is included in the db.etree show listing set list (shows_key=4888). Taper Talk: -- Question - "Was Bob [Menke] friendly enough with [Steve] Parish to be allowed stage lip mic mounting?" -- Answer - "We had no permission. In early 1976 at Sophie's (before the veunue became Keystone Palo Alto) we tried the same thing and 2 things happened.
