Notes: Josephson C-603/KA-500 - the sound of these mics kick some ass! Live, unprocessed recordings don't get much cleaner than this from my experience. Very solid show with some great Herring picking on Cumberland. Dickey Betts shows up for some songs in set 2. Can't say much more other than its a solid phil show so if you lik ephil, you'll like this.

Notes: Schoeps - labuda. Good clear sound, only flaw is a bit off distortion from hot levels at the start of set 2. This is an above average show for this tour - sounds like the band was having a good time w/ double encore. Set 2 has a nice flow with Dickey Betts showing up for Blue Sky and a hot Midnight Hour to close the set. Set 1 gets off to a good start with the newly re-introduced Till the Morning Comes. (1/10/03)
