NOTES: After Light My Fire chaos ensued, and Jim was thrown into the audience. Jim is extolling and insulting the audience throughout the show. He is later charged with Lewd & Lascivious behavior (Felony), Indecent Exposure (misdemeanor), Open Profanity (misdemeanor), Drunkenness (misdemeanor). Some copies also have Moonlight Drive & Backdoor Man from March 4th, 1967 included as filler.

| Notes: | Arguably the single worst concert performance in the history of rock and roll. Morrison is thoroughly intoxicated, which causes him to spend a good portion of the show insulting the audience as well as the band. He haplessly slurs throughout the concert, all the while singing out of key but more often incoherently babbling inane ramblings. It's baffling that Ray, Robby and John managed to maintain focus well enough to play through the mayhem. Morrison was arrested after this show for lewd conduct but he rightfully should have been shot for attempting to sabotage the legacy of this groundbreaking band. This show may be noteworthy from an historical standpoint but this is by no means the kind of show that warrants repeat listens. In fact, I defy you to listen to it in its entirety even once. Absolutely pathetic. The lackluster sound quality doesn't help. 128 Kbps. | |||||
