Note -- The folks that circulated this show scoured high and low for the best possible version (including ALL of the "usual suspects"), and the best copy ANYONE had was MR-> C2-> D, so that's what was used. I have followed up on this as well, including a comparison of the alleged "MR-> PCM-> DAT-> CD" version, and have concluded that this copy is the best that's "out."
