Notes: DeadWeeds Presents DW11: Grateful Dead, San Bernardino 2/26/77 Recorded at the Swing Auditorium, San Bernardino, CA Feb. 26th 1977 Lineage: SBD > Master Reel > PCM > DAT > CD-R > Sndforge > SHN Disc 1 1 Terrapin Station 2 New Minglewood Blues 3 They Love Each Other 4 Estimated Prophet 5 Sugaree 6 Mama Tried 7 Deal 8 Playing In The Band > 9 The Wheel > 10 Playing In The Band Disc 2 1 Samson And Delilah 2 Tennessee Jed 3 The Music Never Stopped 4 Help On The Way > 5 Slipknot! > 6 Franklin's Tower Disc 3 1 Promised Land 2 Eyes Of The World > 3 Dancin' In The Streets > 4 Around And Around 5 U.S. Blues CAVEAT EMPTOR: This is an excellent SBD recording, however excepting where the band jam into songs, the between song crowd has been heavily edited and faded out so those aren't TAO errors you're hearing it's just the way the show has been edited. The first set has been restored to its complete length to fit on Disc 1 as there was an incredibly stupid cut after Deal resulting in Disc 2 starting with the excellent Playing/Wheel/Playing triptych (followed by Bobby announcing the end of the first set) which is one of the highlights of this fantastic show. Any Dead show that starts with Terrapin has got to be special and this is no exception. Enjoy! A DeadWeeds Project Release: Jan.'04
