I received this as a silver disc some time ago. This is the soundtrack to the video that circulated a few months back. I doubt if it is from the same source as it is much better then the video. The playing is frighteningly good. The MO at the peak of their powers, still hungry and with a fire in their playing.
I have included two orphans here. The first is a version of Lotus On Irish Streams. This is taken from a vinyl source but appeared on the Skytop CD. It is not from that gig but where its from I couldn't tell you. The second number is a version of Vital Transformation. This is from Berkeley November 9th 1972. The reason for its inclusion is this is a different source then the version circulated; This version is not quite so good sound quality (but still very good) but it has JM's intro and does not fade out in the last minute but continues to the end. |

'Liberated Bootleg'. Shares disc with a 1972 BBC TV Broadcast (30 min.) and Don Kirshner's Rock Concert (16 min.) . Picture quality ranges from poor to very poor, but the audio is surprisingly good. |
