To present this show in its best quality, the following steps were acheived: 1. Cool Edit: increase volume in right channel 4.5db 2. Cool Edit: Hard Normalize to increase overall volume by 8db without clipping. 3. CD Wave for tracking and splitting waves. Flac Frontend to create FLAC files and check for SBE Disc 1: 1. | Notes: | July 20, 2005 Bridgeport, Connecticut Arena at Harbor Yard Neo Re-Remaster This is a remaster of Scoper's remaster of the same show. Technically speaking I guess that makes this a re-remaster. This is an inherently good recording of a good a show with a good setlist (The Promise, tour debut of Nothing Man, etc.) Good microphones (Audio-Technica AT853) were used. I remastered this for myself but decided to share it. The remastering was principally to bring up the higher frequencies using the Graphic Equalizer function in Adobe Audition. This gives it a "brighter" sound with the guitar, vocals, and piano all sounding more natural, as they did in original venue. I've also boosted the amplitude in a number of places to make the quieter songs more loud. This gives a more even sound so you don't have to turn the volume up and down during play.
