Obviously mixed for broadcast / release, from several different nights, and the mix itself is what one could call a "radio" mix, in that crowd mics are used to add ambience as is usually done on broadcasts. One can only speculate that this was destined for release at some point, and plans were shelved. Luckily, Mid Valley to the rescue - an essential part of any Clapton collection, the eclectic mix of traditional blues, classic rock, and pop hits is a winner. Recommended.

This is a compilation of three nights at the Budokan, apparently mixed for a radio broadcast that never happened. Note: There are a couple of warts on here: - Very slight diginoise at the beginning of disc 1, track 5 - A couple of small pops on disc 2, track 8 I don't think there is much I could do with diginoise in any case, but I decided that with my limited skill in audio processing software, it is likely that I would do more harm than good. I don't think the problems are likely to be noticeable unless you are listening for them; however, you may wish to delete the pops during "Layla." Total size (compressed): 707 mb Total size (uncompressed): about 1.12 GB Enjoy!
