| Notes: | Not the best daud, low levels but somewhat listenable. With this gig, you get a wealth of Around the World in a Day cuts which is gold to me. Prince could have made a carbon copy of Purple Rain and thrown that back at us as a follow-up, but instead he decided to channel The Beatles and give us this seldomly-mentioned gem. Call it Around Abbey Road in a Day. (Then there's the follow-up to this, Parade, which admittedly doesn't move me as much -- although I always perform Kiss when I karaoke...although, I mean, I don't do karaoke or anything; that would be silly.) | |||||
