Notes: | The only saving grace of this recording is that it documents the humble beginnings of the Dave Matthews Band. You can tell the growth that the band has made since its conception. The reason it doesn't sound good is that it is a SBD that was mastered on cass. I can listen to it on my car stereo but there is too much distortion to listen to it on a nice home system. It is cool to here how these songs where arranged when they started. You can tell the band lacked the tightness that it developed later. This makes this recording interesting from a historical stand point. | |||||
