Notes: SA AUTHORED. Random chapters. This is NOT the 2 CAM MIX with soundboard audio. In fact, IT'S WAY BETTER! Filmed from balcony on left side of stage. Includes a 1991 MTV News compilation, MTV's Rock Week show featuring Metallica going around San Francisco, CA talking about Metallica history, and MTV's Rock Line which talks about bootleging and tape recording, Cliff Burton, and other awesome stuff. The REALLY interesting thing about their remarks is that they approved of their copy righted material being illegally bought and distributed (Napster ring a bell anyone?). These videos at the end, in my opinion, are FAR MORE ENTERTAINING than the 87 concert. The 2/13/87 show is sourced from first gen VHS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!

Notes: MP3 SOURCED - Mine is missing Ecstasy of Gold and the setlist is different than that of what is listed. Levels are a little low, but thats nothing that increasing the volume can't fix. EXCELLENT SHOW! :)

Metmum (1/5) DVD / 1 B- B- View
Notes: MPEG-2 NTSC Screen resolution: 704x480 Bitrate : 9.59Mbps Generation: High Incomplete Basic menu and rough chapters, SA authored. Audience shot from balcony. Some flickers from video tape at beginning but only on bottom of the screen. Fairly steady camera most of the time but it does get worse as time goes on. The picture is a bit grainy and is poor in places. Sound very low and fades in and out. This is an ok DVD nothing special, too many wobbles and too many cuts. Includes an interview with Lars but this is dubbed over. Length 1.41.20 Overall B- Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket
Metmum (1/5) DVD / 1 B+ B+ View
Notes: MPEG-2 PAL picture resolution: 720x576 Bitrate: 9.46Mbps Gen: 3rd Lepermessiah26 Authored. 2nd source, not VCD Sourced, has SBD audio. Partial recording. Pro menu and proper chapters. Audience shot from balcony, camera fairly still most of the time. Pretty decent picture although there are some obstructions. Filmier does hide the camera for some of thingy. Sound is in and out on this, the soundboard audio is good and clear but the camera audio is very low. Luckily this is mainly soundboard. INCOMPLETE finished after fade. Well authored DVD.
