Notes: The MR>P>D>CD version is almost complete but has 2 dropouts and flatter dynamics. So, the bulk of the show comes from the incomplete pre-FM version and the MR>P>D>CD supplies Mexicali>Deal and all of Disc 2. Mexicali>Deal flattened (app. 2.5 %) to concert pitch; Mexicali volume increased. There is a small click present at 8:31 of Scarlet; this is not due to patching. The patch actually occurs .5 sec. later. The small click is present on both sources. Missing Phil & Ned and E: US Blues. Playing (app. 3%) and Loose Lucy>China Doll (app 4.6%) flattened to concert pitch. Playing has slight warble from 20:00 to the end.
