| Notes: | sbd - ph = 1! [2006-04-25]One of the best sounding boards from this era so most will want to hear this one at least once. Dark Star played at a very fast pace compared to what it will become. The first part has the Jerry/Phil mingling with the repetitive organ riff. Star segues into China Cat which is also played fast. Pretty straight ahead version. The Eleven keeps up the fast pace and is a long and jammed out version. The GMLSG slows things down and completes the set. Set 2 has a good version of Alligator (with the Mtn jam ) and Caution, ending in feedquack (with indeed some weird duck calls). An interesting snapshot - maybe a tad sloppy in places. | |||||
