Notes: * During Crush at ~4:13, there was a 0.5 second dropout/diginoise combo. I inserted audio for 4 seconds from another clean CD source. This insert is seamless. * During the encore break at 10:49 in the track that is Billies and the encore break, there is a spot of diginoise. I didn't edit that spot, since it is during the encore break.
