It also happens to be the first live Dead video I ever recorded (VHS, of course), where I and seven of my friends daisy-chained eight VCRs together in order to grab individual 'first-gen' copies from the pay-per-view broadcast. While I still have the tapes, they are now well-worn, and so I was very happy to find a DVD copy of this when I did. It appears as if the between-sets footage of fans shopping amongst the vendors, originally aired in 1989, has been omitted from this version.
