Notes: Missing One More Saturday Night. This is the longest known Dark Star...VERY nice and spacey!!

Notes: Dark Star>>end...this recording is better sounding than the whole show, and that could be rather important when you're spending almost 50 minutes just to listen to Dark Star!! Definitely pick up both copies!

Notes: Sources: Discs 1 and 2 - SBD>MR>C>DAT>CDR>EAC>SHN Discs 3 and 4 - SBD>MR>??>FM>??>CDR>editing>CDR>EAC>SHN Remastered by Bill Giles Thanks to Paul Bottiglio for the discs encore missing please report any flaws to Tony Gardner ([email protected]) fadeout at end of Rider is due to reel flip seeded to etree 4-01 Here is a note from Bill Giles concerning these discs << Discs 3 and 4 are taken from 'Thomas Storch - 2 Dark Stars' the source of which is, given as "digitally de-noised - via KPFA FM". Notwithstanding compression, the sound is several notches better than the bootleg, and the discs are arranged so that DS is not cut. The unavoidable flip in the DS>>>UJB 88 minute sequence occurs at the beginning of Truckin', and is now less abrupt than the Storch master. The OMSN encore is missing on both sources. >>
