This is now officially released as the 2nd disc of the "Eat a Peach (Deluxe Edition)" Do Not Trade, BUY!
A witness comments: "Fillmore East had it's last public Shows 6/26/71 - I was at both of those and officially closed with a private FM broadcast by invitation only show on 6/27/71. The 6/26/71 shows were never recorded... 6/27/71 [is] the only record of the closing of the Fillmore East." Note a bootleg may circulate as 7/26/71 but is mislabeled.

The One Way Out sounds like it is spliced in from the Live Fillmore album, recorded in March and April 1971 (Rolling Stone Magazine's ranked Best Live Album of all time), but abb base says is from this show.
