Notes: All of the songs here were recorded at Nick Drake?s mother?s house in Tanworth in Arden in 1967 and feature Drake performing intimate versions of his favorite songs. Although recorded on very primitive equipment the quality of performance is mesmerising in this recording made some twelve months before his first studio album ?Five Leaves Left?.

Notes: Home demos recorded at his parental residence, Far Leys, in Tanworth-in-Arden, Warwickshire, England in 1967/68. In comparison with the original circulating cassette and countless shoddy bootlegs, this Italian quasi-boot release features enhanced, remastered sound. The songs officially released on "Time Of No Reply" have been omitted from this set. The accompanying artwork is taken from Bootleg Zone and is from the later reissue. I couldn?t include the original artwork, as my scanner is throwing a wobbler today. The cover track listing is also incorrect. The correct song information is as follows: Beth?s Blues (trad.) Get Together (Dino Valenti) Don't Think Twice, It's All Right (Bob Dylan) If You Leave Me (trad.) Courting Blues (Bert Jansch) Strollin' Down The Highway (Bert Jansch) Blues Run The Game (Jackson C. Frank) Winter Is Gone (trad.) Here Come The Blues (Jackson C. Frank) All My Trials (trad., duet with Gabrielle Drake) Tomorrow Is A Long Time (Bob Dylan) Cocaine Blues (Luke Jordan) Milk And Honey (Jackson C. Frank) Summertime (Gershwin/Heyward) Black Mountain Blues (J.C. Johnson) Rain (Nick Drake) Bird Flew By (Nick Drake) She Told Me/To The Garden (Nick Drake)
