Notes: "Disconnect" silver. This version does not include Porcelina or Bullet, but there is plenty of room at the end of the disc for filler tracks, so I'm not sure what the deal is (trimmed broadcast version?). One strange thing: about 15 seconds of Cherub Rock are patched with an obviously different source, so the sound changes dramatically during that spell; it's timed perfectly and doesn't mar the flow of the song, but the fluctuation is definitely noticeable. The teases listed here are also absent and most of the banter has been chopped, but there aren't any obvious edits and the disc is a still a great listen. The filler tunes include two from Reading 95 (Siva and Mayonaise), a performance of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer from the 1993 KROQ Acoustic Christmas, 1979 from the American Music Awards 01/29/96, and the unreleased studio track Jackie Blue. Sound for the Amsterdam show is broadcast quality, excellent all around, and the performance is of course kickass. All filler tracks are also pro-recorded. Really awesome boot start to finish.

Notes: So, this is NOT from the bootcd and is completely complete. The taper turned the mic off during the pause before the encore. Great show, includes the "Amsterdam Blues" version of Silverfuck.

Notes: 13 remaster Since MS has been cracking the whip on me to get him more MCIS material, I keep coming across things I'd like to have for myself, like this sludge-blues version of "Silverfuck". It enters with a vibe of ryhthm and space, and then never leaves it, slowly groovin' through the song of which the lyrics and chord progressions are still recognizable, but barely. Also, this show is now complete as performed using four different sources. "Porcelina" is from the silver "Twilight", and Songs 2-12 are from the silver "Disconnect" (much better quality versions than the "Twilight" versions). BWBW is from a WMV video source streamed in at 300k using my high-quality digital streaming technique and filled in slightly with the AUD track (it had cut out Billy's flub in the break, so I put it back in). And believe it or not, I RM'd an AUD track so that we could have the "Emotional Rescue-Sunday Bloody Sunday" 2 minute spectacle. All in all, I'm pleased with the result, and nice to have the show complete in the best quality possible. Even the AUD track doesn't sound half-bad, but now don't be getting any ideas that it will happen too much more! This was a deserving special occasion after all. As for the process, so many different things got done, let's just say it all got the usual treatment from me, and I tried to have the whole thing flow as best as possible. I'll happily listen to it and enjoy it, for what that's worth to you.
