Looks like same one as LB-1588, but had not the gaps between tracks described there. Received in trade as FLAC on data DVD inside a folder named "1989.09.01 Park City (complete)". No other info was provided. Nothing above 19k but lego parapets. Tape hiss. Has TV band. Might be sourced from semiprofessional U-matic 3/4 videocassette (not the high band or BVU appeared later in the early 80's) > TV broadcast(?) > cassette recorder (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U-matic for further info), which would explain the lack of higher freq., but that's just a simple guess. I just repaired the clipping waves, manually redesigning them sample by sample, then corrected deviations one by one on every rectified peak using adobe audition's click-pop elimination tool (maybe wasn't necessary at all or I shouldn't waste my time this way, but I must admit I enjoyed working out the recording like this, so no harm was done). A gap not in music was patched on d2t08 @ [0:15.359-16.131], but the original track was kept instead.
Patched d2t08 (w/o the gap) is also included, aligned in sb with the rest, just in case someone would rather like it that way to listen to. Attached also digi-flaw-finder report of the problems before fix and a couple screenshots of the spectral view.
Taper: unknown
Lineage: uncertain; (most likely same master recording as LB-1588) > ? > FLAC (flac v1.1.0) > wav (flac v1.2.1) > wav (adobe audition 1.0) > flac (flac v1.2.1 w/flac frontend 1.7.1 - align on sb option - level 8 - verify on)
