CwtAE and FOS are amongst the best renditions I have ever heard. The rest of the show is absolutely stellar as well but CwtAE and FOS steal the show. Gilmour and Rick were exceptional on this night and they're playing on these two tracks is enough to make you shed a tear. I am pleased to present to you a speed and pitch corrected version of this event in history. Previously this tape was out of pitch and the speed was a bit slow. I have corrected this. And now for the disclaimer... I do all my speed and pitch adjustment by ear only and not with the use of comparing against other shows or individual tracks or any crazy tools. I do not guarantee the speed or pitch to be completely accurate, this is basically my interpretation of the way I have always wanted this show to sound. No remastering was applied to this at all (as if it needs any). I would also like to give a shout out to Mr. Simpson for originally transferring this gem from the Hi-Fi source and clarifying the lineage for us. This was previously circulating under 1st gen Hi-Fi but has been determined not to be the case. The master tape had been lost soon after the event and the taper was left with only his 1st gen backup which all other versions of this show come from in one way or another. I sincerely advocate the use of substances while listening to this ;-) Enjoy!!! -buffalofloyd 2006.09.12 Special thanks to: PINKROIOSHN hub *************************** http://pf-db.com/signup.php *************************** IN FLOYD WE TRUST hub ******************************************** http://pinkfloydsound.altervista.org/eng.htm ******************************************** Yeeshkul *********************** http://www.yeeshkul.com *********************** ******************************************************************* ******************************************************************* ************** DON'T CONVERT TO LOSSY GARBAGE ******************** ************** DON'T REMASTER ******************** ************** BLAH BLAH BLAH !!!!!!!! ******************** ******************************************************************* *******************************************************************
