Only 173MB, too, so this one should ramp up quickly. Hopefully this is but a teaser for the eventual release of the entire recording! One Of These Days 3. Thank you, this is is a golden oldie, it's called... 4. Careful With That Axe Eugene 5. Echoes 6. Thank you, goodnight. Japanese announcer 7. A Saucerful Of Secrets If you liked the AMS release of this show (the first of the remarkable Japan 1972 tour), you'll like this one as well (and perhaps more). This new release is not quite as hissy as the other one and comes from the 3rd gen tape although I think there is a slight speed problem on the 3rd gen (?)... Saucerful Of Secrets clocks in at 13:15 on the 3rd gen and 13:42 on the AMS release. I couldn't hear an edit on Saucerful although I gave it a rather quick listen. CWTAE is introduced as a "Golden oldie".. just like on Feb-18-1972. Overall the performance is quite good, sound is a VG+ and sometimes reaches to an EX-. The tape hiss is not as noticeable on this one. Nice setlist. Roger starts to sing Eplipse one bar too early Overall: 8/10

Japanese Radio Announcer 0:11 Total: 30:00 Comments from The Bootleg Times: The Tokyo 1972 tape was unearthed from the huge tape library that a friend of mine owns. It is said that it was broadcast by FM Tokai without notice. It is strange that the D.J. did not introduce who performed it. The unearthed tape contains an incomplete Dark Side Of The Moon ('Speak To Me' to the beginning of 'Us And Them') from Tokyo Taiikukan on 6 March, 1972. It is not a soundboard recording, but I'm sure that it was recorded with professional equipment. The sound quality is really great, the vocals are really great. The complete show is available on a bootleg album, but a different and inferior source is used. * Not to be encoded to MP3 or FLAC *
