Notes: In Bordeaux, as everywhere else, it was very difficult to get inside the concert hall (an ice-skating rink!) with a tape recorder of this size and of this weight (look at the picture : http://www.saturn-sound.com/images/jvc%20cd1635%20mk2.jpg). Hard work to be honest... At this time, I thought the "baba-cool" way was the strategy to use for this kind of concert. So a hudge red mountain backpack, which everybody from the staff could see, was used: the bigger it was, the easier it was to get inside! This was effective. Small bags were searched thoroughly, but not mine. In event of being searched, I remember, I put some smelly socks (specially prepared for this event...) at the top of the bag. For every concert of this kind, I used this strategy and nobody tried to open the backpack, luckily for everybody... as the result is : this super performance. Thanks Peter. During the show, Peter spoke french (well done and very good French). I remember when he gave us his point of vue about the French movie "i comme Icare". He tried to share the lack of conscience each of us has. Definitely, I love this man. A few edits, missing the first minute of Solsbury Hill.
