Notes: |
Highly recommended audience recording of PJ Harvey's appearance at the 1995 Roskilde Festival in Denmark, on 29 June. It's a great show, with PJ in a skin-tight gold body suit which leaves very little to the imagination, performing in a very slinky and sensual manner. The song selection is superb, as it would be given that this was at the very apogee of her heyday musically, after three brilliant albums. The sound is quite good, but has periods where there is noticeable distortion. The vision quality is equivalent to second generation video, which some bleaching of colour. The taper has some difficulty with the people in front of him standing up, waving flags, and generally going apeshit.
