Notes: Great Audience recording Eric Clapton ? Scottish Exhibition Center Glasgow, Scotland - April 26, 2004 Sound Quality: A Disc 1: 1. Let it Rain 2. Hoochie Coochie Man 3. Walk Out in the Rain 4. Bell Bottom Blues 5. I Shot the Sheriff 6. Milkcow's Calf Blues 7. When You Got a Good Friend 8. They're Red Hot 9. Kind Hearted Woman Blues Disc 2: 1. Got to Get Better in a Little While 2. Have You Ever Loved a Woman 3. Badge 4. Wonderful Tonight 5. Layla 6. Cocaine 7. Sunshine of Your Love 8. Got my Mojo working Comments: Excellent audience recording, near Aud6. Nearly flawless recording, with minimal audience noise (just enough to keep the live feel that some Soundboards lack, with close to SB sound quality.) In addition, The European shows differ in feel from the Japan shows. Clapton has female backup vocals he didn?t have in Japan and also Doyle Bramhall II plays with EC on this show. Robert Randolph (Opener for EC) also joins Eric on a couple tunes. ?Kind Hearted woman? and ?When you?ve got a good friend? are a bit different from the arrangements played on the Japan Tour of 2003. Also, nice addition of ?Let It Rain?, which I don?t think EC has played live in nearly 20 years! Also note that these European tour 2004 songs were not played in Japan 2003: ?Got to Get Better in a Little While?, ?They're Red Hot?, ?Milkcow's Calf Blues?, ?Walk Out in the Rain?, and ?Let it Rain?. Japan 2003 tour shows included other songs such as ?Bright Lights, Big City? (w/ Andy Fairweather Low on vocals), ?Nobody knows you when you?re down and out?, ?Crossroads?, ?Reconsider Baby?, ?White room?, ?Before you accuse me?, ?Holy mother?, ?River of tears?, ?Knockin' on heaven's door?, and ?Somewhere over the rainbow?. Therefore, I recommend getting shows from both tours. Review by johnnieutah, huge EC fan.
