Seeder's Notes: Recorded by Randy Louk using Recording Walkman and Shure microphone sitting about 4th row (there were tables and I was real close). The Agora was an extremely small club-like venue with tables on the floor section and slightly raised tiers with seats around the outside. It held maybe 500 people. This was one of the concerts recorded for the PMG Travels live album.
Someone in the band management saw me taping and came out and sat down next to me and asked to see my tape deck. I was a bit freaked out and handed it to him. He looked at it and asked me whether I knew that this wasn't allowed and I just nodded. He looked at it again and handed it back to me and walked off. I just turned it back on and went on with the show. I guess that he thought that it wasn't going to be much competition for the official release. I have held on to these tapes for 20 years before converting to CDR and distributing it. |
