This is Kevn's first show from the U.K. leg of his European
tour without his backing band, S.T.A.R., who had joined Sarah
Lee Guthrie and her husband Johnny Irion for subsequent dates.

Kevn still is suffering from a cold acquired in Holland.

Nev Clay opened the show.

Kevn's European tour concluded the next night with a show at
"The Musician" in Leicester.

The crowed numbered about 30.

Notes: Man...what I would have given to be in this small audience slamming down pints. Even with a cold, Kevn puts on a nice show.

The previous night's show (with S.T.A.R.) at The Borderline in London is also available on DVD for free--just ask! Kevn still is suffering from a cold acquired in Holland. Nev Clay opened the show. Kevn's European tour concluded the next night with a show at "The Musician" in Leicester. The show was taped on a Sony DCR-PC101 recording to tape in LP mode (which still necessitated a tape change after "Time"--no song was missed, though). For the first tape, the camera was mounted on a Hakuba mini-tripod. After the tape swap, there wasn't time to remount the camera, so it was merely handheld (please forgive the shake during inter-song clapping). King and Gwen were unable to restrain themselves from providing impromptu backing vocals for "Time", so please sing along yourself and drown out our singing! The crowd numbered about 30. Note the misspellings of "Kevin" on the included ticket stubs and "official" venue sign. Credits: Gwen Rhoton: DVD covers and inserts. King Rhoton: DVD mastering and taping. John Mosbaugh and Jenny Alcantara: friends with a scanner. Apple: iMove and DVD Studio Pro. Kevn: Permission to tape and redistribute the show. Halls: Makes an effective cough-suppressing lozenge that allowed Kevn to complete the show. Noncommercial distribution only--do not sell! Comments/feedback: [email protected]

Notes: Very intimate show w/Kevn not feeling 100% but a good show nonetheless-video is very clear.
