| Notes: | From Source: The master editions are the highest possible sound quality transfers from the original trade sources, and as such represent the final cd versions of these recordings. most are direct digital transfers from minidisc (which my shows have been stored on since ~1995) to a professional quality sound card to cool edit pro to a nero burned cd (at 4x, the slowest speed the burner allows). they are all dao (disk at once - no two second gaps of silence between tracks), normalized to 98% and/or hard limited to less than .05% clipping (this process raises the volume of the recording), and sector boundary error free (when a wav file is not the right length to fill a cd sector - a micro gap or pop can be the result). almost all the 1998 and earlier shows came from cassette trades, and were dubbed to minidisc the first or second time they were played, so these truly are the best transfers that could be made from those recordings. the 1999 and newer shows all came from cd trades. | |||||
