Notes: **Remastered** by thir13en Queens Of The Stone Age 2005-07-10 T In The Park, Scotland Good rockin' set, the spree of nice quality captures for '05 QOTSA shows continues. Looking at the source I was slightly skeptical over it's origin. It contains a rather deep drop at 16k but the curve looks natural at least. It also contained 15.65k and 19k tones. The 19k is fine as it's a stereo FM cap, but the 15.65k I find confusing, though not totally uncommon. At some point, possibly even during the capture, a video source was nearby or not mentioned in the lineage. Overall I find the source to maintain a lossless integrity and therefore have worked it over and found it worthy of sharing here. The rest is up to you. The spectrum was good though "crisp" in the high-end and the imprint was very low with a seriously small headroom bounce. I did some de-compression, warmed over the brittle highs and maximized. 01 Go With The Flow 02 The Lost Art Of Keeping A Secret 03 Medication 04 Avon 05 In My Head 06 Little Sister 07 Plaid 08 Song For The Deaf 09 Feel Good Hit Of The Summer 10 Dead 11 No One Knows PRE-13 SOURCE INFO ==================== ==================== http://www.tinthepark.com http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/musicscotland/tinthepark/ Main Stage - 10th July 2005 Lamacq Live BBC Radio 1 FM Broadcast 9-1am 1st August 2005 http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/stevelamacq/tracklistingarchive.shtml?20050801 Lineage: FM (Sony STRDB1070) > Creative SBLive! > Creative Recorder > Nero Wave Editor > Flac Frontend FLAC 8 Aligned on sector boundaries
