| Notes: | This is ripped from a second generation copy of the long-rumored BMCB. The original was obtained by a collector from producer Frank "Rat Bastard" Falestra, who was interviewed in Demystifying The Devil. The original did not include any artwork, so the included scans still can not be verified as being authentic. Unfortunately, I do not have the complete Scott David interview from Side B, but I have at least included as much as I do have. Please note, these are not copies ripped from Birth Of The Antichrist, although most of those tracks are the same as these. "White Knuckles" was not included on BOTAC, nor was "Junk." | |||||
