Notes: | Apparently Yes were quite late arriving to the venue that night, so instead of the usual ambient music intermission between the Close to the Edge and Tales sets, there was no break, and they ran seamlessly through both sets. The CTTE set is performed with great concentration; much feeling in this one. CTTE itself is a must-hear. The Tales portion, however, starts off a little shaky. The band is little hesitant in the first few minutes of RSOG (perhaps due in part to the non-intermission?), particularly Steve and Jon. But once they start rolling, I forgot about any hesitancy in the beginning. The Remembering and Ancient are extremely solid, but there are better ! The recording has a nice layer of hiss over it, certainly bothersome, but very listenable. | |||||
