Notes: Silver CD > EAC (logs included) > .wav > Flac Level 6 This source is more 'audience' than the torrent listed above. It's a little distant and boomy, but with the exception of the tape flip in "Close to the Edge", is the complete show and includes the encore not available in the above torrent. I've seeded this before and archived the original file set, but it's buried somewhere. This is a re-rip from my silver CDs. Artwork not included.

Notes: Lineage: Silver>cdex151>wav>tlh>flac8>You Excellent audience recording of the second date from the first Yes tour of Japan. This is taken from the Ayanami boot 'Close To The East'. The encores, Yours Is No Disgrace and Starship Trooper are missing (assuming they were played), hence the shorter running time. The sound is different to the last two shows that I uploaded, in that it has far more bass. IMHO, this is a more enjoyable listen, but you can decide for yourselves.

Notes: Unofficial Audience Recordings The recordings are of vg quality, I heard no glitches and the sound was consistant from show to show, which infers that the mics were placed onstage by the crew/archivist, with the bands approval. The Info I gleaned from the db.etree listings for the Japan Shows. 100% accuracy on the dates is not guaranteed. There were 6 shows in Japan in March 1973, the setlist seemed to match best as I have divided below.

Notes: Lineage: Disc 1: Silver CD "Close To The East" > EAC (secure) > CDR > EAC (secure) > Wavelab 4.0 > CDWAV > SHN. (EQ and reverb with Wavelab) Patch in AYAI starts at about 7:55 and is Silver CD "Hallelujah"> EAC (secure) > CDR > EAC (secure) > Wavelab 4.0 > Goldwave > SHN. (EQ and reverb added with Wavelab, and speed correction 5% faster with Goldwave). Disc 2: (through end of "Roundabout") Silver CD "Close To The East" > EAC (secure) > CDR > EAC (secure) > Wavelab 4.0 > CDWAV > SHN. (EQ and reverb with Wavelab) From the applause at the end of Roundabout through the end of the show: Silver CD "Hallelujah"> EAC (secure) > CDR > EAC (secure) > Wavelab 4.0 > Goldwave > SHN. (EQ and reverb added with Wavelab, and speed correction 3% faster with Goldwave). Comments: This is another fantastic sounding show from 1973. This was mostly taken from the rare silver CD boot, "Close To The East" with the encores and a small bit of "And You And I" from the silver CD, "Hallelujah". This sounds very similar to the Sirene CD boot from the previous evening that has been circulating recently. This is much better than any of the previous versions of this recording I've heard. Artwork from JAS is on the FLAC disc, or available here: www.texasyesfan.com Many thanks to John Tyra for uncovering this masterpiece!
