This appears to be an acoustic radio session for J-Wave 81.3FM (http://www.j-wave.co.jp). Broadcast date 15.01.2004. Apparently it came into circulation as a realmedia file via this (now dead) link: http://www.j-wave.co.jp/original/viva_access/livelivelive/2004/0401.html.
The band did also an interview with the station, which unfortunately isn't included here. Some brief footage of both session & interview can be found in Lydverket's (NRK1) Japan documentary (between 27:30-29:45'). The sound quality is excellent & the performance, though very short, is wonderful.
