Notes: A show from the Taste of Chaos tour. "Saturday Night Wrist" wasn't out yet. This era is known for Chino's usually weak performances due to tons of things, mainly his noticeable weight gain, drugs, etc. These are still nice recordings and memories. How they fool around in the middle of "7 Words" is hilarious. Master recording quality. Setlist is pretty cool as well, "Rapture" has never been a frequent song, even during the promotion of "Saturday Night Wrist".

Notes: Shot from the balcony with plenty of zooms on everyone. There are a few obstructions as people get settled into seats. The video is pretty dark, but that's more due to the stage lighting than any fault of the taper. The sound is pretty clean for a handheld camera mic. The video cuts out during 7 Words, but the audio continues along with a graphic that says "video camera problem, this was the last song played". Pretty nifty solution, methinks. Sadly, this is a pretty weak show. Chino's voice doesn't sound very good, and he misses a lot of cues, leaves out parts, and seems generally off the ball (he tells the crowd the band's new album came out "last week", apparently forgetting that it had been delayed once again and wouldn't be released for another 7 months). You can tell the band knows they're not tearing the house down, so their input gets a bit lethargic toward the end. Aside from a rare performance of Rapture, there isn't a whole lot here for anyone but completists to consider neccessary viewing.
