Comment
Although this compilation is short (about 35 minutes), it packs a punch. The sound quality varies, the performances are excellent and it all flows together pretty well.

This compilation contains the only known live recording of "Senior Service," a song that Elvis has only played twice in concert. The sound quality is not good. Having said that, it is fascinating to listen to Elvis perform this one live. The performance is actually quite good and it raises the question "Why hasn't Elvis played 'Senior Service' in concert since 1/20/79 Leeds?"

Notes: Although this compilation is short (about 35 minutes), it packs a punch. Similar to other compilations that I have done, the sound quality varies, the performances are excellent and it all flows together pretty well. This compilation contains the only known live recording of "Senior Service," a song that Elvis has only played twice in concert. The sound quality is not good and I'm not just saying that to lower your expectations. Having said that, it is fascinating to listen to Elvis perform this one live ("Senior Service" was the first Elvis song I ever heard). The performance is actually quite good and it raises the question "Why hasn't Elvis played 'Senior Service' in concert since 1/20/79 Leeds?"
