Source: Audience, Tripod shot from the center of the balcony
Picture Format: PAL
Aspect Ratio: 4:3
Menus & Chapters: both
Total Running Time: approx. 90 min.
Lineage: Blaupunkt CCR815 > SVHS cable > Funai Standalone DVD Recorder > HDD > DVDStyler (added menus without reencoding) > you
Notes: Shot on a tripod from the center of the balcony. Picture is slightly blurry overall, the sounds suffers from mild clipping, otherwise is well balanced between all four members. I didn't have much equipment back in 2006, so my old 8mm camcorder had to do. Still the recording turned out much nicer than I hoped. Thanks to the tripod, the picture is steady with a lot of nice close-ups. While the picture might not be as crisp as with DV recordings, the camera coped very well with the lighting conditions and produced rich colours. The volume was deafening inside the venue, but the built-in mic did a pretty good job imho.
