Taper's notes: "I was sitting behind the stage, and it seemed at times the location was near a sub-woofer for the sound system. You will hear a rumbling of bass a couple of times. This is not a malfunction, but an accurate representation of what was heard from my seats. If you have a sub-woofer on the system you play this on you may need to turn it way down. In hindsight I should have used the bass roll-off. I did tweak the sound a bit to try to brighten it and reduce the rumble. I probably wasn’t too successful on the latter issue as I didn’t want to sacrifice too much bass." Taper: V4TX. Source: DPA 4061. FLAC from DIME. [HD1] |

I was sitting behind the stage, and it seemed at times the location was near a sub-woofer for the sound system. I probably wasn’t too successful on the latter issue as I didn’t want to sacrifice too much bass. I did this for my ears, if this bothers you please do not download it. Rest assured it was all done in a lossless manner. Do not let the “behind the stage” thing dissuade you from downloading this. What I might have lost in sound quality, this tape makes up for with very little crown interference. I was in a very small section, with few rows in front of me, and a curtain close behind me. I think this is a good one. Listen to the samples and decide for yourself. Hope you enjoy it. Tracks made on the fly so they may not be/aren't perfect. Also, if you cut out track 1 disc 2, you will be able to create a seamless listening experience for those who use other formats besides cds.
