The compressed MPEG video and audio data from the DVB broadcast was captured directly using a PC DVB-S card, and it is that original data that is used on the DVD - no analogue stages, and no recompression. The recording is tested to be 100% error-free - i.e. no dropped frames. This DVD has the following special features: 1) Full menus with track selection and "play all" feature; 2) "Artist selection" menu allowing the playing of just the tracks by a single artist; 3) Subtitles as broadcast by the BBC, which include the full synchronised lyrics to every song. (Enable or disable them using the "Subtitle" button on your DVD remote control.)
