Bob Rivers, a DJ at KISW had a Trident 24-track board in his garage and when bands came through town, he’d record them live with no overdubs. Unfortunately also all info is missing concerning the recording and/or broadcast dates, so I did the following "research" coming up with the setlist and date as indicated: Touring the "Now" Album Paul Rodgers never hit the West Coast of the USA untill August 1997. At August 29, 1997 Paul Rodgers plays at The Gorge in Seattle. Therefore, untill more precise information becomes available I am guessing Paul Rodgers did an afternoon session for Bob Rivers radio Show at the same day. Setlist compiled by comparisons to Darien Lake (August 02, 1997), San Juan Capistrano (September 24, 1997) & Concord Pavilion (August 26, 1997). Rodgers is famous for many things, but not for changing his setlist too much from day to day in the middle of a tour. He may change one or two songs, but in general the setlist stays more or less the same. Strange inclusions in this specific setlist would be "Satisfaction Guaranteed", "Seagull" and two versions of "Soul Of Love' in the same show. I am gusssing Rodgers did a short set finishing with "Allright Now" and after that completed the show with accoustic sessions of "Soul Of Love" and "Seagull". I also have the feeling that the show is not complete and that the show was edited to match Broadcast time of 1 hour + DJ talking and adds. If anybody could or would want to correct the info above, please do so.
