Notes: From DaD Eric Clapton - Berlin, Germany - November 21, 1998 - DVD NTSC MPEG 2 channel sound No chapters Simple play menu This DVD has its share of problems, all listed below, track by track... but - it's a historical document of a great performance and is worth sharing. Overall, the video is shot between 2 heads - he zooms in well on EC but doesn't have much more room to fit the band in. Track list My Father's Eyes - incomplete, cuts in Pilgrim - fantastic guitar in this song One Change - great soloing here too River Of Tears - at start taper pulls camera away and points it at himself....maybe security was around Going Down Slow - incomplete, cut off She's Gone - incomplete, cuts off right after the intro Blues Leave Me Alone - was 1st acoustic song - completely missing from the DVD Tears In Heaven Layla Change The World Old Love - very nicely done, I personally like the jazzy interlude Crossroads Have You Ever Loved A Woman? - one of those Clapton Is God performances........ :-) - taper shoots the video screens for a bit I Shot The Sheriff Wonderful Tonight Cocaine - this one kicked ass! Nice solo Encore: Before You Accuse Me - w/Jimmie Vaughan - great solos by all guitarists, EC, JV, Andy Fairweather-Low, and Alan Darby - missing very end of the song. Like I said - this is not a pristine recording because of the incomplete songs, however - the video quality is decent and the sound quality is good, and the performance is excellent! Enjoy! Knappss
