| Notes: | Taper's Notes: * "This was my 7th time seeing the mars volta live, but my first recording. I rigged microphones into my hair and stood statue still throughout the entire show. It was really really really hard not to dance my usual little tweak-jig during my favorite breakdown parts of Viscera, Cygnus, Mecca, and Ourobouros, and not to be close to the stage. It is a really difficult trade off for me. Since i knew I shouldn't move I closed my eyes for a few mintues many times throughout the show...got swallowed by the sound...and got a new appreciation for the controlled schizophrenia of their ravaging raw frequencies and dynamic spine tingling tones. But you know what?
