| Notes: | Hi everyone - so we have this awesome present for you! As (many of) you know - Thom Yorke of Radiohead decided to play a couple of California shows to spill his electronic self on us. He played LA/Fonda on Tuesday the 12th - and then Oakland Fox Theatre on Thursday the 14th. He premiered a whole bunch of new and unreleased stuff in LA and really let his hair down (in more than one way) in Oakland with a show that was nearly half hour longer than the first one and running significantly past curfew - oh well :) who’s complaining! Two of our esteemed Bay Area tapers were on duty for this :) Since one rig was acting up - here’s the ‘bestest’ of the two for you! Many thanks goes to TheMan for taping this, to Daspy for taping too, to my partner-in-crime/queue/show/hotelroom Morgan who, given my crazy time constraints, went through the recording and pointed out audience outbursts that I then removed by ‘precision surgeries’ - and OF COURSE to Thom, and to Nigel and Tarik - who actually came out to the queue to hang out with us for a little while :-) | |||||
