Notes:	Pretty good spot overall in the floor in the pit. I was hanging around the back where there was plenty of room to move around but that also resulted in a few folks who would rather have a conversation with their buds. No matter, I just moved around when needed. No real issues with the recording. The Smashing Pumpkins are my favourite band so it was a treat to see they were coming to my town and not have me go somewhere else to catch their latest tour. Ever since their 2018 tour, I feel they are getting better and better and I also enjoy their varied setlist. I went in here blind with no spoilers and was blown away to hear five songs I had never seen live before including JELLYBELLY! Come on. That was the chef's kiss to the night. It took me a moment to comprehend what I was witnessing. Considering it's been 23 years since they've been to Ottawa, I have a feeling most of the fans there were there for the nostalgia trip and not hardcore fans but you know what? Who cares. As long as they band is rocking out and everyone is having a great time, that's what counts. And rocked out they did.
