| Notes: | I obtained this fileset in April 2015 via a mammoth hard drive vine of Neil Young/ CSN&Y material. As data integrity is a priority, I went through every subfolder and checked the fingerprints/MD5 files for everything. I had errors when running the MD5 for this fileset as it features checksums for SHN files. These are FLACs. My suspicion is that someone previously re-encoded what originally SHNs to FLACs & didn't bother creating a new MD5 file. Trader's Little Helper (TLH) tested the FLACs and found all of them to be "decodable without error." I then created a new fingerprint file. My best guess at lineage is: audience > tape > ??? > 2CD > ??? > SHN > ??? > FLAC | |||||
