Paul McFadyen (1/5) CDR / 1 A- View   AUD: MR > ?? > CD > Capt Skipper remaster > CDR
Notes: This is my second version of this show - the Capt Skipper remaster. Hiss and unnecessary treble have been reduced (there isn't a great deal of high end on the original recording, except for audience noise) and the bass (which was close to overpowering on my original copy) has also had a certain amount of EQ rolled-off it, making it much tighter & less boomy. The end result is excellent - the band is much more "present" & upfront on this version, and the overall ambience of the tape is now akin to a slightly flat & boxy-sounding SBD recording; a considerable improvement to the old version, and much easier & more enjoyable to listen to.

Notes: flutters in places, and has some hiss over all (along with very minor distortion), but noting that is noticable until closer inspection. Plus, for the historial value (Duane's last show before he died), its worth getting if you get the chance
